Malcolm Keith Green

It is with great sadness to report that Malcolm Crossed the Bar  on 6th December 2023. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family.

Malcolm was a stalwart member of the Vindicatrix Executive Committee, and a strong supporter of all things Vindicatrix related.

Brian Denny

Brian crossed the bar on 29/11/2023 from cancer,

he was Deck department early 1960s

Brian had been in the care of a hospice.

Alan Pope

       Secretary of the Essex branch.

Crossed the Bar on 4th September 2023

( no other details at present)

Francis "Frank" Lee

Frank Crossed the Bar on 27th August 2023 in Wanstead 

, East London.  Discharge book number R412320.

He trained  as a deck hand on the Vindi between June to August 1948. he served in the Merchant Navy until 1957.

John Unsworth Swift

George

John trained at the Vindi from 21st June to 11th September 1948. He was at sea until 1952. Discharge book no R416574

Bob Crossed the Bar on the 14th February 2023
He was from Ellesmere Port and a member of the Liverpool branch of the Vindicatrix Association. He was in the Merchant Navy for 42years

Vindi 1947. Reg died 28-7-2022 aged 91 in Queensland Australia.
Mick Neale

Vindi 1958 deck

Mick sadly crossed the bar in early March due to respiratory problems.

Mick was a member of the Suffolk Branch.

Malcolm William Kay

Malcolm sadly Crossed the Bar 21/3/22

Cause of death Dementia.

Malcolm will be sadly missed by his family and those who knew him.

Malcolm was a Member of the West Yorkshire Branch of the TSVA

Brian passed away the end of October from cancer, Brian was Catering which year not known, he was a member of the Suffolk Branch.

Don was at the Vindicatrix from 13-08-1945 to 03-11-1945 on deck

He passed away at home at Green Point NSW Australia, after suffering a stroke

Cause of Death; lung cancer. 

Sadly missed by his Partner Michelle and all Vindi boys who knew him.
